Once Upon A Violet
A modest flower,
Once Artemis's nymph.
Early blooming,
Full of life.
Loved by the buzzing bee.
Nectar used to make sweet honey
And feed the whirring
Ruby hummingbird.
My eyes focus
More than
Once upon a violet.
